Profiling with Bridging

A large percentage of 2D routing jobs involve the simple task of cutting out shapes or text from sheet material. Insignia's profile machining strategy does this and a whole lot more. The feature gives you the power to control the shape and position of lead in and out moves to help improve edge finish. Add ramping moves to reduce the load on the tool and specify the exact order in which your parts are machined.

Insignia also gives you further profiling options including the ability to include 2D and 3D Bridging Tabs (break-out tabs) to hold your pieces in place as they are machined.
