Thermoforming is a process of making stable forms, for example on thermoforming machines with thermal method, in three stages: heating, forming and cooling of the material.

Thermoforming process by InfoTEC machines demands using plastic plates which can be subject to heat treatment among other: PMMA (polymethacrylate methyl), PC (polycarbonate), PVC (polyvinyl chloride), PET-G (polyester). These materials are easy to treat, light and often have better parameters than alternative solutions (e.g. glass).

They are produced in sizes from 500mm x 1000mm. In standard version they are equipped with holding down frame, moulding chamber, heating stove, vacuum pump, cooling fans and control panel. Moreover they have intelligent protection system in case of voltage or air pressure drop

Semi-automatic and manual control is done by a control desk friendly for user which is fully programmable. Heating stoves are equipped in two heating zones, each operated separately, and so they can be adjusted in any temperature range.
